1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the VScout team. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VScout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use VScout. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VScout for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

5. User-generated content

Creators and users may publish profiles, images, schedules, and timeline posts. You retain ownership of your content and grant VScout a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it solely to operate the service.

6. Objectionable content and abusive behavior

VScout has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or promotes violence, self-harm, or discrimination.

Every user can report content and block other users in the app.

We review reported content and may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours when action is required.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the app.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to breach the security of the service.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

8. Creator Plus and subscriptions

Creator Plus is an auto-renewing subscription offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

9. Intellectual property

VScout, its name, logo, and software are owned by the VScout team and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by other users is accurate or appropriate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the VScout team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the app.

12. Termination

You may stop using VScout and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
