VScout Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your VScout account — the VTuber discovery app published on Google Play as VScout: VTuber Finder — and what happens to your data when you do.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside VScout:
- Open VScout.
- Go to Me / Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once confirmed, your account is closed and the deletion process begins automatically.
Can’t access the app?
If you can no longer sign in to VScout, you can request account deletion by email. Send a message to sassodo.business@gmail.com with the subject line “VScout Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address linked to your VScout account so we can find and remove the correct account.
What is deleted or anonymized
When your account is deleted, VScout deletes or permanently anonymizes the data associated with your account, including:
- Your account profile
- Your VTuber profile
- Uploaded profile media, such as your avatar and banner
- Follows and followers
- Timeline posts
- Schedules
- Profile links
- Other data associated with your account
What may be retained
A limited set of records may be kept after deletion where we are required to, or where it is necessary to operate the service safely, including:
- Moderation and safety records
- Security logs
- Fraud-prevention records
- Transaction and subscription records, where required
- Records needed for legal compliance
Processing time and retention period
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days of the request.
Any retained records are kept only as long as required for safety, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-handling, or platform compliance purposes, and are then deleted or anonymized.
